Educators-In-Cultivation
9TH-12TH GRADE LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The Educator-in-Cultivation (E.I.C) program is designed to NUTURE and INSPIRE LEADERSHIP, TEAMWORK and a SENSE OF PURPOSE. The program aims to instill confidence in sharing one’s passion and assisting younger peers in doing the same.
Positions are chosen 2 weeks prior to the start of camp where E.I.C.'s will attend basic training to get familiar with their duties. Admission is based on the successful completion of the E.I.C. application/ interview process.
